Today in maths we had mathletics and assigned pages from the beta textbook, this lesson was pretty boring considering it's supposed to be fun math's day. But I have completed three sets of mathletics questions (10) so the work I completed is ending the blog.

I turn back toward Amari and try to let it go. But in her eyes, I see her
brother’s. I feel his hands choking me.
“I want to trust her—”
“No, you don’t.”
“Well, even if I did, I can’t. Her father ordered the Raid. Her brother burned
down our village. What makes you think she’s any different?”

This scene reminds me alot about the reality of the difference between the poor and the rich, because of the tension between Amari and Zelie before Amari decides to tell Zain and Zeili the real story of her scares. After that altercation they had more sympathy feelings for their princess instead of hatred.
