Bacteria Growth:

 The bread has become mouldy and changed to a very dark ish green colour and has shrunk over the time that is has been sitting in it's container. The cheese has become black in some areas in a circle shape, but it managed to keep some of the yellow colour on majority of the piece of cheese. 

 The milk separated because of the different temperatures in the room, hence why it has formed two layers with the top being curdled and the bottom becoming thick and changing to an off white creme colour.
